Need help with food, housing, utilities or healthcare costs?
211 connects people with local assistance resources. It is separate from this business finder. Programs set their own eligibility rules; funding and availability vary.
No search is required here. These website links do not include your occupation or ZIP, and do not send this page’s address. You choose what to share with the service you open. This finder does not take assistance requests or determine eligibility.

These counts describe the sampled public index. They do not mean every occupation or community has a listing. Search your ZIP to see matching providers within your chosen distance.

Counts reflect distinct source listings. Different source listings can still refer to the same business. These are listing counts, not counts of reviewed businesses; review coverage is much smaller.
What can I find here?
Public professional and business listings, rather than a search for private individuals. There are many suggested occupations and services, with in-page public data searches for many of them. The US index contains thousands of public business and service listings from Overture Maps, supplemented by OpenStreetMap searches. It is a sample, and does not include every provider, occupation, or community. Other searches open independent directories. A business may be missing or outdated. No results does not mean nobody works nearby.
US ZIP areas come from the Census ZCTA gazetteer. Not every postal ZIP has an area center. Distances are approximate straight-line distances from that center, not driving directions or guarantees of service. Hospital coordinates and most home-health office coordinates are US Census address-range estimates. Some home-health offices use independently matched official state-directory coordinates, with the location source linked on the card. Some Illinois offices combine a matching state licensed-agency record with a county building address point; both sources are linked on the card. The county point identifies the building, not the agency suite. Some Ohio offices combine a matching active state-agency record with a statewide building address point, also with both sources linked. These are approximate office locations, not verified rooftops or entrances, and do not establish agency service areas. State directory evidence verifies location identity; it adds no weight to survey or business-review rankings. Providers without a usable address match are omitted from this distance index.
Each search combines matching indexed listings with up to 50 live or cached map matches where available. We rank the available nearby candidates before showing 60 results per page. Use Previous and Next to browse the available matches in that order. If the source results change between pages, restart the search to avoid skipped or repeated listings. The website filter applies to the page currently shown. Review reputation is the default; nearest first, name order, hospital patient experience and home-health experience are also available as separate sorts. Source file limits mean this is still a sample, even when every available page has been viewed. Exact taxonomy matches help keep different specialties separate. Results are never paid placements.
How are reputation and ranking handled?
We connect openly licensed public ratings from Mangrove / Open Reviews. Coverage is very small: most businesses in this index have no matched ratings. We require an exact normalized business name, a unique nearby location match, and a source check within 24 hours. An automated match is not an independently verified customer experience.
Review reputation shows scored businesses first, then unscored businesses by distance. No matched rating means unknown, not poor quality. Clicks, traffic and payments have no weight. Nearest first and alphabetical sorting remain available.
Mangrove ratings use 0–100. We convert their average to a 1–5 scale with 1 + average ÷ 25, then weight that average against our chosen 3/5 baseline, equivalent to 20 ratings. Those 20 are a mathematical weight, not customer reviews. We show the original average and our weighted score separately. Open review source and licensing
How are hospital patient-experience scores different?
We include publicly reported CMS HCAHPS hospital patient-experience data. These are standardized patient surveys, kept separate from business reviews. The data covers participating hospitals, not every healthcare provider or individual clinician.
Choose Patient experience (hospitals) to order eligible hospitals by their CMS Summary Star Rating, highest first. The published CMS stars have 100% of the score weight; business reviews, clicks, traffic and payments have 0%. Distance breaks equal-star ties. Hospitals without an eligible published star rating follow by distance. Our source-note policy excludes ratings with CMS integrity or extraordinary-circumstances flags from ranking, while keeping any published stars visible. Shorter-period results carry a visible qualifier. No published score means unavailable evidence, not poor care. Nearest first and business Review reputation use their own separate ordering.
CMS calculates the survey stars; we do not add our business-review baseline, average the two scores together, or treat completed surveys as online reviews. Survey periods and source links appear with each hospital. These scores describe patient experience, not clinical outcomes, emergency suitability or an individual doctor’s quality. Check current services and suitability directly. About the official HCAHPS survey · CMS hospital survey dataset
What do home-health patient-experience scores tell me?
CMS HHCAHPS measures patients’ reported experience with participating Medicare-certified home health agencies. These agency-level surveys are separate from hospital surveys and business reviews. They do not rate an individual nurse or aide, measure clinical outcomes, or cover every home-care service.
Choose Home-health experience to order eligible agencies by the official CMS patient-survey summary stars, highest first. These stars have 100% of the score weight. Hospital stars, business reviews, traffic and payments have 0%. Distance breaks equal-star ties; agencies without an eligible score follow by distance. No published score means unavailable evidence, not poor care. We do not blend these stars with another rating system or treat completed surveys as online reviews.
Distance is to the agency’s listed office. A nearby office does not establish that an agency serves your home, has availability, or accepts your coverage. Confirm those details directly. Survey periods and source links appear on agency cards. Our source-note policy excludes correction, suppression and unrecognized eligibility flags from ranking; any published stars remain visible with that exclusion explained. We require a verified count of at least 40 completed surveys for ranking. Count is an eligibility check, not additional score weight. Shorter periods and fewer than 70 completed surveys carry CMS caution notes. CMS home-health patient survey dataset · Official CMS data dictionary

What happens to my search?
Your occupation and ZIP go to Ten Thirty Two’s search service to run the search. Recognized categories may send a category and approximate ZIP center to Photon’s OpenStreetMap service. Review lookups send an approximate area and matched public business subject to Mangrove through our server; Mangrove does not receive your browser address from that server request. Open review data is cached for up to 24 hours. The national index contains public business data from Overture Maps. Hospital and home-health patient-experience searches also use saved public CMS datasets; searching them does not send your ZIP or search to CMS. OpenStreetMap listings retain their own source attribution. Live map results are refreshed after seven days; saved public results can remain available for up to 30 days during a source outage or refresh limit. It does not request your name, email, exact location, or phone number and does not create a contact request.
“Save” stores public listing details, any displayed review attribution and CMS hospital or home-health survey information in this browser only. CMS survey scores show their reporting period and may change in a later source release. Review scores stop displaying after the source check is more than 24 hours old. You can remove any item or clear the list. Nothing is shared across Ten Thirty Two projects. Hosting and source services may process standard request information under their own policies. Read about the data provider and its usage terms. External links receive search terms only when you open them.
How does it stay free?
No paid search API or account is required to use this finder. It uses open data, Cloudflare-compatible code, and cached results. Searching the public index or the saved CMS hospital and home-health survey data does not spend the live map allowance or require a paid healthcare API. Fresh map searches are capped at 80 for the whole site per day; distance changes reuse one cached result pool. Review requests have a separate site-wide allowance of 80 upstream calls per day and reuse public data cached for up to 24 hours. A search can need more than one review call. Existing indexed and cached listings remain available. If a source is busy or a limit is reached, independent directory links remain available.
Cloudflare’s free plans have usage limits, and directory completeness is not guaranteed. Workers limits · D1 limits
Occupation scenes are AI-created illustrations, not photographs of listed businesses. Business details come from the sources linked on each listing.
